3 Jun 12, 2018. #1. Please help i just bought this laptop for like 2 weeks and it cant be charged , when i reach like 95 percents its stop charging. Been deleting ACPI things on Device manager and managed to charge but only for like 2 times and then after that it stopped charging. Please help!
Whenthe laptop is first started, that indicator shows the correct battery status. Randomly, it well show "27% , not charging" even though the laptop is plugged in. When it shows that, I can click on the battery settings and the status there will show anywhere from 95 to 100% charged. If I unplug the power cord and put the laptop on battery
Removethe battery from your laptop and drain the static energy by pressing and holding the power button for 20 seconds. Now insert the battery and get the charger plugged. Let your laptop be charged for several hours. Now, with the battery, turn on your laptop and see if it is getting charged.
